Land use/land cover classes

Description

Cultivated land

Include areas used for perennial and annual crops, irrigated areas and the scattered rural settlements.

Forest

Areas covered with dense trees, which include both eucalyptus and coniferous trees.

Shrubland

Areas covered with small trees, bushes and shrubs. In some areas, grasses are found within them. These are areas less dense than forests

Grassland

Areas covered by grasses usually used for grazing and those remains some months in a year

Built-up area

Areas used for construction sites and towns
